Agreement

By accessing marifradesigns.com or engaging Marifra Designs ("we", "us") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Services

We provide website design, AI search visibility analysis, and reviews & reputation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work for each engagement, which controls in case of conflict with these Terms.

Payment

Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are described in your proposal. Invoices are due on the dates indicated. Work may be paused on past-due accounts.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for your project, except for third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) which remain governed by their own licenses. We retain rights to our underlying tools, processes, and the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
• Hold the rights to any content you supply for use on your project.
• Maintain backups of any materials you provide to us.

Disclaimers

We work hard to deliver effective results, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, conversions, or business outcomes. The site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
