All Phase Laser

All Phase Laser is a firefighter-owned laser engraving and custom apparel shop in Knoxville, Tennessee. The site is live at allphaselaser.com.

What it needed

The shop's work is visual and highly varied: engraved walnut, leather-patch hats, drinkware, slate, coasters, chrome. A gallery of photographs was doing all the selling, so the site had to load fast on a phone, show the work at full quality, and be findable by people searching in the Knoxville area rather than nationally.

What was built

The site is hand-built static HTML with a Tailwind production build, deployed on Vercel. No page builder and no CMS, which is why it loads the way it does. The stack matters here for a practical reason rather than a technical one: a static site has almost nothing to go wrong, and the owner is not paying for a platform subscription to keep it online.

Portfolio. Twenty-four pieces of real work, filterable by category, with pieces that belong in more than one category tagged for both. Photographs come straight off the owner's phone, so they are corrected for orientation and cropped square deliberately rather than left to the browser to center-crop badly.

Local search. LocalBusiness structured data on every page, a clean sitemap, lazy-loading below the fold, and the location signals set to Knoxville, which is where the customers are.

A shop page. A dedicated product page for a memorial challenge coin, selling through the owner's own Stripe account, with Product and Offer structured data so it is eligible to appear as a product in search results.

A blog that publishes itself. The site carries a static blog built from Markdown at deploy time. It is fed by a weekly automated pipeline, so the shop gets a steady stream of pages targeting the questions its customers actually search, without the owner writing them.

Why it is here

This is the clearest example of what these services look like when they run together on one real business: a fast site, structured for local search, with a content engine behind it. It is also a live site with a paying owner behind it, not a concept piece.
